Putting our Bobcat E88 excavator to work spreading and leveling topsoil on a recent sand mound rebuild project!

Not every job site is wide open! Working between sheds and a tight property line presented some challenges, but our team made it happen and got this septic system rebuilt!

Building a building, and this one has it all!

Electric, water, gas, sewer, and floor drains all bring their own challenges! Working closely with the landowner, we developed a plan to incorporate it all and keep the project moving forward.

Excavation is well underway, including underground utility installation and stone preparation for the concrete floor!

Another great project coming together thanks to our hardworking team!

That’s a wrap on our bridge project!

Thank you to our team, partners, and everyone involved who helped make this project a success for Southampton Township. The bridge replacement is officially complete!

✅ Guardrails installed and base & topcoat asphalt completed
✅ Temporary bypass road removed and stream restored
✅ Final topsoil and amended soils graded and seeded throughout the wetland area

From the temporary bypass installation and excavation to setting the bridge, backfilling, grading, and final restoration — it’s been great watching this project come together from start to finish.

This week was huge!

Another septic system complete, along with incredible progress on our bridge project as we get closer to the finish line!

Hauling, backfilling, and compaction were certainly the name of the game this week, and this road has turned out great. Next up: guardrail, paving, and removal of the temporary bypass road!

Our team has been doing an awesome job keeping projects moving and getting work completed the right way. We’ve been knocking out new septic installs every week, installing stormwater systems, and finishing up site grading to close out several projects.

Building a Bridge | Parts 3, 4 & 5 🌉

A lot of progress happening on our bridge project!

• Excavated down to the established footer grade and passed compaction testing.
• Placed and compacted stone to prepare for the precast concrete footers.
• Set the precast concrete footers using our Doosan 350.
• Installed rebar and poured concrete inside the footers.
• Set all 4 bridge arches and 4 wing walls with the crane, then tensioned everything together.

This project is coming along nicely! More progress to come. 👊
