**My Positive Experience with Pelican Roofing**

My experience with Pelican Roofing has been outstanding.

I wanted the very best roofing company in Sarasota County, so I researched the top-rated roofers and narrowed my search to two companies. The first representative came to my home and talked endlessly. It became more of a sales presentation than a practical discussion, and eventually I had to ask him to leave. I could have learned just as much by watching a video.

Then David and Chris from Pelican Roofing came—and what a difference! Their approach was completely different. They talked about practical solutions, walked around the house with me, carefully inspected everything, and explained what should be done, what could be done, and what simply wasn't necessary.

What impressed me most was Chris. After the hurricane nearly two years ago, he personally crawled all over my roof to prepare the information needed for my insurance claim. He spent considerable time doing it, charged me absolutely nothing, and expected nothing in return. That kind of integrity is hard to find today.

They were incredibly thorough. They explained why certain repairs were needed, why one of my downspouts was in the wrong location, where it should be moved, and how those changes would improve drainage and protect the house. Their attention to detail was remarkable.

After I signed the contract, the materials were delivered promptly. Within five days the entire job was completed, the yard was spotless, and they were gone. It was one of the smoothest and most professional home improvement projects I have ever experienced.

I could not recommend a company more highly than Pelican Roofing, especially Chris and David. If you are looking for honesty, professionalism, quality workmanship, and people who truly care about doing the job right, look no further.
