Before and after. Removed old aluminum trim and rotted wood. Replaced with Western Red Cedar. Now the homeowner has decisions. Do they just put a water sealer on, or are they gonna stain?!

Western Red Cedar has tons of exterior benefits. More resistant to weather and insects than most wood! New gutters and soffit for the porch ceiling coming soon.

Well it took insurance 11 months to approve this roof, but we never gave up because it was the right thing to do. 11 months for approval, done in 2 days.

A little before and after for some back steps, trim, and soffit work.

This home had almost 20 years of wood being painted over and over again and very little vented soffit. We replaced 150+fr of soffit with a premium hidden vented soffit and wrapped over 700ft of wood trim in new custom bent metal.
