Justin Webb is an important part of the Wilson Services HVAC team and represents the next generation of our family business. Growing up around the company, he has spent years learning the trade and working alongside Chad to continue the values Wilson Services was built on - honesty, hard work, and taking care of our customers.

Justin enjoys connecting with homeowners, helping them understand their HVAC systems, and making sure they feel confident in the solutions we provide. Whether he's assisting with service calls, installations, or meeting with customers, he takes pride in making sure every job reflects the standards our name stands behind.

When he's not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and hitting the golf course whenever he gets the chance.

Over the years, I’ve worn just about every hat imaginable at Wilson Services HVAC Solutions.

Before joining the family business full time, I spent 25 years at Sealed Air’s Cryovac Division. That experience taught me the importance of teamwork, organization, continuous improvement, and putting customers first: lessons I carry with me every day.

Since joining Wilson Services, I’ve answered the phones, scheduled appointments, handled invoicing, financing, rebates, warranties, marketing, bookkeeping… and yes, I’ve even picked up parts and delivered them to job sites when that’s what needed to be done.

That’s the reality of a family business. You do whatever it takes.

As we’ve grown, I’ve realized my time is best spent helping Chad lead the company rather than trying to do everything myself. That’s why we’re building an incredible office team. Kayla and Chelsea are taking on many of the day-to-day responsibilities so I can focus on improving our processes, supporting our team, planning for the future, and continuing to grow the business the right way.

I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited about where we’re headed. Thank you to everyone who has trusted our family with your home and business. We truly appreciate your support!
