Me: Golden Rule Plumbing, this is Dustin.

NY: yes, I need a jetter for the toilet line.
In women's bathroom and urinal in men's.

Me: yes sir that's fine, is there anyway I can take a look at it first? Before we just start spending a lot of money? Whats the location of the property?

NY: it's in Athens Al, hwy 72 exit.

Me: 😒 hmmmmm....

NY: we have had a plumber out, and he said that the jet would work.

Me: yes sir I understand. Are all the toilets and urinals clogged?

NY: No just the middle toilet in women's and urinal in men's. They're back to back is what was explained to me.

Me:😒🤔
Ok no problem .I'll head that way when I get done with current job.

NY: ok brother. Text me when you are on site. And this is the WO # for this. Also get manager to sign off on WO..... OH! Pictures take pictures.

Me: 10-4 I'll get it.

7:45pm : ok brother I'm on site. I'll let you know something shortly.

9:00pm : hey buddy did you get them unclogged yet?

Me: uhhh.... one sec, let you know shortly.

10: 46pm : hey buddy how's it coming with the drains any luck?

Me: Yes sir I'm packing up now. Everything is good to go. Toilet and urinal both are draining good. The urinal needs to be replaced as well

NY: what? you got it?

Me: yes sir, years and years of calcium build up.

NY: that's good man. Make sure you get them to sign off with store #

Done and done 10:30 .tear out & replace to pvc. Thanks again for the help Josh DeMoss.
