Power generation is what we do - and this is a system that brings it. 😤 58x 440W modules DC couple to a bank of 18 Discover Energy Systems AES Rackmount batteries for a 25.52kw solar array and 92.16kWh of usable energy storage… Not to mention the Kohler 26RCA generator to charge those batteries on a rainy day.

What’s been keeping us busy lately… trying to nearly eliminate a >$1000/mo PGE bill and build a very robust off-grid/backup system that will give our client some serious energy independence. This system retains a 400-amp service from PGE but aims to have them hardly use any imported power. A 26.4kW solar array feeds two Discover battery enclosures with a whopping 61.4kWh of energy storage. A Kohler 26kw generator is integrated into our two Sol-Ark 15k inverters to recharge the batteries in the event that the grid is down and the sun is not shining. If you have an untenable monthly energy bill, want a resilient backup system or are building completely off-grid, we are here to help.

A job we did in Sonoma Valley a little while back. Took an abandoned well pump house and converted it to a power house - or a battery shack, if you will. Also shown are couple solar arrays featuring S-5 clamps on a standing seam roof and an iron ridge tilt rack on a TPO low slope roof.
