The wind we have gotten today is freezing, and a bit dangerous... stay warm every one!

Nonetheless, we got the opportunity to go out and give free estimates. Our company owner Jonathan and one of the members on our crew bundled up and got right on the roofs, measuring, and noting any potential damages. Good morning! It's a cold day today but that doesn't stop us from getting up on the roofs to measure for free estimates! Our owner Jonathan is always the one up there measuring roofs and making sure each measurement is correct so we can know exactly how much material will be needed.

By getting on the roof, we also ensure to inspect it thoroughly so the homeowners can be aware of any unexpected surprises.

Our estimates are free and we are licensed, bonded, and insured. We appreciate every opportunity that comes our way even if we don't end up getting the job in the end.

Today and yesterday was a beautiful day, weather wise. We got the opportunity to work on this commercial roof. We installed new EPDM rubber roofing and gave this roof a whole new look! We are adding the step by step photos so you can see the progress and final look! Thank you to the companies who continue to partner with us and trust us to work on their projects!

Thank you to the companies who continue to partner with us and offer us work! Take a look at the job our crew recently completed. They were tasked with tieing in the new addition roof with the existing roof, about 10 sq or so.

This 2026 we are hopeful to continue growing and are thankful to have the opportunity to partner with so many wonderful companies who trust our crew to work on their projects.

Free estimates and free inspections! What does that mean? ⬇️......

If you ever decided to reach out to us, our free estimates and inspection would include:

1. Close examination: signs of wear and tear, cracked or missing shingles

2. Assessment of leaks or damage: signs of water damage, leaks, or structural weakness which may not be visible simply by taking a peak from the ground (sometimes the osb can feel very weak)

3. Checking to see if your roof has proper ventilation: without proper ventilation your home will have excessive heat and moisture buildup, ending in costly damage like mold or rotten wood

4. Photos would always be included in our assessment

5. We always appreciate the opportunity to be considered for the job, however, rest assured, you are under zero obligation to hire us, we are just happy that you thought of us!

Another finished roof! We discovered it needed all new decking, so we tore off existing plywood, and installed everything new! Here are the photos showing the progression from start to finish!
