These fortunate renters got a new deck! 12x12. Light gray composite decking with white vinyl railings and aluminum balusters. The old existing deck was very rotted and unstable. Thankfully the owners had it replaced before anything bad happened. After and before pictures. As always thank you for looking. Offering free estimates.

The first deck of the season is one for the record books this year! 35 ft. Susan was a joy to work for. She really took good care of us with drinks and snacks on Ice every morning while we were building her new deck and fence. (yes we were spoiled) As usual the old deck was not flashed properly and as a result after the demolition was completed we then started right in on the rot repair of the rim joists on the home. Then it was smooth sailing from there. 2x8 pressure treated frame sitting on 2x8 triple pressure treated carrier beam. Pressure treated decking. Our custom handmade pressure treated railings. PVC lattice and lattice trim. Pressure treated fascia and risers. After and before pictures. As always thank you for looking! 😎

Huge upgrade on these stairs last week for a awesome repeat customer! Out with the old loose carpet and in with the red oak stair treads and white poplar risers! Also swapped out the railing and banister to red oak. It's amazing how much a small 2 day project like this can transform a part of your home so drastically. It was also nice to hear how much they are still enjoying the deck we built them 6 years ago! As always thanks for looking! 🙂

We built this beauty in August and almost forgot to post it. Customer was wonderful to work for and the property was very nice with lots of wildlife. Fiberon composite decking and railings. Her cedar shake siding was rotting because it was directly touching the old deck so we removed it and installed ice and water shield flashing, a pvc freeze board with drip cap on top to eliminate it from ever happening again. Didn't get a before picture as we jumped on the demolition of the old deck so fast but plenty of during and afters. Thanks for looking.
