Taking advantage of some early December summer at our new location in Franklin Park West!

Foundations are in, we will be finishing up backfill activities this week, and then we will start back up next spring to go vertical! We are excited for the new shop, and still looking for tenants to occupy the 5000SF commercial warehouse space, and 1500SF of office space. Reach out with any inquiries.

Exciting news from the team here at NorthStars Masonry! We currently rent a shop in St Albans that we are outgrowing rapidly. We are making it official and growing roots in St Albans Town, Franklin Park West to be exact. We are constructing a brand new 5000sf warehouse and office for our needs but will have space left over. There will be 5000sf of warehouse and 1500sf of office space available to rent - contact us for more information!

Progress photos of our work in St Albans at the Co-op Creamery. This addition will increase the efficiency of the plants operations, and increase their milk storage capabilities by constructing new milk silos. We are excited to be teamed up with The Hayner Hoyt Corporation to deliver another quality project right in our hometown!
