I am so happy to be guiding regular classes inspired by the living wisdom traditions I have been studying over the last 12 years. The practices are designed to relax the body and mind awakening the innate intelligence and healing capacity within us. Over more than a decade these practices have transformed my relationship to all aspects of life leading to a healthier, more expansive, calmer, and compassionate experience of daily life.
No prior experience is necessary. All classes involve the option of standing movement but can be done sitting down. Please Pm me with questions.

It's time!! Lambing has begun and we are once again taking preorders for both lamb and mutton.

We are also selling a few of our breeding lambs / ewes / rams if you're a farm/farmer looking to bulk up your herd, introduce a new breed, or keep a few hobby sheep in your pasture.

Did you know sugar does not freeze? After a nice cold night the sap stopped flowing and some of the water froze off, saving us some firewood :)
