Job opportunity

We are looking to add a couple full time skilled tradesmen, at a well established real estate holding company. You will be doing property rehab, renovations, and repairs. 95% of the work will be within the city limits of Rochester. This will be a 40+ hour a week position. Compensation will be based on your ability to perform autonomously in the field and the amount of tools you have.

Qualified candidates must have:

- Your own vehicle and valid license
- Your own tools
- The ability to perform tasks with basic instructions/information
- Basic knowledge of all trades (if I have to list them you're not qualified)
- Good work ethic
- Ability to work autonomously and make cost saving decisions on the fly
- Some kind of resume or before an after pictures proving to me you can do what you say.

We will not being calling you in the winter when you are dead and we are still banging 40+ hour weeks. Now is the time.
