One of the easiest and least expensive ways to do a quick update in a bathroom is to simply paint the cabinets, add/replace handles, replace light fixtures. We did a little more here in the hall bath than the primary bath by getting a very inexpensive slab and sink, and it makes a big difference, again for not much money.

One of the easiest and least expensive ways to do a quick update in a bathroom. Paint the cabinets, add/replace handles, replace light fixtures. For not much more you can easily replace the plumbing fixtures as well.

Spring 2017 - South Salt Lake Kitchen Remodel.
This kitchen was very tight, with the pantry side wall blocking everything, refrigerator right next to it, then the sink shoved in the corner. We got rid of the pantry and put the refrigerator in the other corner to really open up the kitchen as much as possible. Now you have elbow room and accessible counter space at the sink.
On the opposite wall we got rid of the peninsula and added a large cabinet to replace the storage space lost from the pantry. The rolling island is an option, since we had a large floor area.
White shaker cabinets, white subway tile, new fixtures and new flooring completed the look and really brightened up everything.
