I've been a licensed Realtor for 16 years with a specialty in selling equestrian properties. Through my career I became frustrated at trying to find quality and affordability in local barn and home contractors for my clients. About 10 years ago my father said 'why don't you get your contractors license so we can build and flip houses one day?'. So.....I did. But my heart isn't really in the buy an

d flip or spec house industry. My true love is horses, all things horses and I find that my desire to construct is fine tuned to the Equestrian property.
