Repairs on the sole plate and 7 floor joists for a wonderful customer. We were there for a bathroom remodel and noticed some damage underneath.

A remodel before now owners purchased, installed concrete to push water underneath the home creating wood damage. We ground the concrete to slope away from the home and caulked the threshold. Then removed the damged framing materials, and reframed to maintain structural strength and coated areas copper naphthenate for prevention.

New shutters, new door locks programed, sanding, staining, and refinishing of posts, shutters, staircase framing, and doors.

A fun project is ready for paint.

Wall removed to open up the home, new supporting jacks underneath, new bathroom, refurbished kitchen including sink, countertops, and backsplash, drywall, interior doors, beadboard, baseboards, can lighting, fan added, gfci circuits in kitchen and bath, laminate floors, and refinished wood floors in 3 rooms.

A cool week at Burgess Hollow Farm working on their chicken coop. We removed the wire top and framing, and installed a pitched roof from the existing rooflines. One day we enjoyed a lunch while the snow fell at 26 degrees, but it ended well with sunshine and all dried in. Also a new door was installed as the other didn't weather well.
