Spruce It Up Family Owned Locally Grown We are a family owned local company serving Spokane, Coeur d’Alene and surrounding areas.

I have been serving the people around the area since 2003 with all of their plant and landscape needs. I have managed a local nursery for the last 17 years. Recently we decided to help our community by branching out with our own professional company to provide services which we think are lacking in the area. Our goal is to help homeowners with homes in need of a quick spruce up. My wife is a Local Real Estate Professional serving Spokane, Coeur D’Alene and surrounding areas. She realized a gap in the maintenance services. While most of her clients homes were picture ready, some property owners were looking for assistance that wasn’t available and or they personally didn’t have enough time to get the properties ready. So we came up with a business that would make the homes ready for sale or ready to enjoy for the season. With the shift in the market and properties having a bit more competition nowadays. Our company can quickly come out and Spruce It Up.
