🚨The Excellence in Remodeling Awards for BIAW has been extended to April 25! 🚨

Remodelers across Washington—this is your chance to showcase outstanding work and be recognized on a statewide stage. Winners will be honored at a special ceremony on June 22 in Spokane during BIAW’s Summer Board Meeting.

BIAW is still accepting applications for their 2026 Excellence in Remodeling Awards, and so are we!

Enter your project by May 1 to take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your talent and expertise. Winners of SHBA’s awards will receive reimbursed entry fees for the state awards, courtesy of the SHBA Remodelers Council.

This week, we’re proud to highlight Parsons Construction, a company that’s been building with heart and heritage for over 45 years. It all began when founder Dave Parsons set out to create something lasting—not just beautiful homes, but a career rooted in craftsmanship, community, and family values.

In 2011, Dave’s son Cole Parsons joined the business, marking the beginning of the second generation. Today, Cole leads the company with the same integrity and commitment his father instilled, allowing Dave to retire with confidence in the legacy he built.
