Check out this Meter Replacement Project!

An apartment management company reached out to us after a tenant experienced power outages multiple times an hour. Upon our arrival and thorough troubleshooting, we discovered severe corrosion on the old meter, likely caused by age. After providing the management company with a professional assessment and estimate, they requested immediate action.

During the meter replacement, we uncovered a more serious issue three of the six units had overheating breakers due to corrosion inside the electrical cabinet. This could have potentially led to a dangerous fire.

We were able to resolve all issues within the management company’s timeline and budget, ensuring the safety and functionality of the building’s electrical system. Another job well done!
