We gave these front entry columns and mailbox a fresh stucco reskim, repairing the worn and cracked areas and restoring a clean, uniform finish while keeping the original brick caps.

Water intrusion was putting this basement at risk.
We excavated nearly 8 feet deep, waterproofed the foundation, installed boards, and added a 6” drainage system to redirect water away from the home.
