Out with the 1940's, in with 2025.
Total renovation on this kitchen. The client had a list of wants and Blueline hit them all. We started with sitting down with the client and designer to find out what would work in the floor plan. We put together a punch list and checked them off as we went.
We installed 39" tall wall mount shaker cabinets with crown molding.
The base cabinets have plenty of pull out drawers for easy accessibility and we added black pulls for a nice contrast. All cabinet doors and drawers are soft close.
Instead of the typical over the range microwave we put it in the pantry. We installed a custom hood vent to match the cabinets.
The flooring is a Timber Ridge water proof floor. All of the baseboard and casing were color matched by Sherman Williams to match the cabinets.
This kitchen now has plenty of countertop space with new quartz countertops. We added a stainless steel workstation single bowl under mount sink. The sink has a ledge for a cutting board, strainer and a roll up dish drying rack.
We took out the ceiling fan and added six ceiling dimmable wafer lights.
Then added all new under cabinet dimmable lights.
Finished off with a fresh coat of paint. This kitchen went from zero functionality to dream kitchen. Call Blueline, we can build your dream kitchen too!

We had another recommendation. This customer had water damage in their finished basement ceiling. We removed all water damaged area and replaced part of ceiling with a drop ceiling for better access. The other area we replaced with sheetrock and matched the popcorn texture..

This job was a referral from a happy customer. This young family just purchased a home and wanted more of an open concept. They needed the work done before they moved in which we happily accommodated. The customer said they would do all the painting. Blueline portion was to open up two walls. One from kitchen to dinning room. The other from kitchen to family room. We also removed the popcorn ceiling in the kitchen and hall.

Here are some before and after photos of a bathroom we recently did. We removed the old tub and replaced it with a custom walk-in shower.
We installed new shower controls, niche for shower supplies and a beautiful glass shower door. Updated twin vanity sinks with his and her mirrors.
We made a custom closet door to match the vanity. New floor, lighting, fan and paint to finish it off.

We had a couple of warm days to finish this project. The customer had some of his ship lap boards rotted at the bottom of them. He asked what we could do. Instead replacing them ( which would of cost a fortune) We cut out the rotted part and added a 6 inch pressure treated trim board around the base. The customer also needed a cover for his entry way.
We matched it to the existing roof with leftover material that he had. Easy and inexpensive solution.

We had some great weather to resurface this deck. We replaced all of the rotted deck boards and railings. We brought it up to code by installing proper hurricane straps, joist hangers and grip able hand rails on the steps. The customer ask if we can make a gate so the dog could enjoy it too.This was a nice project and the customer was very happy.

We were honored to be able to work for our friends.
This project was done in two parts. First part was completed this past spring. All new vinyl siding, aluminium facia trim with new soffit, new decorative vinyl privacy lattice and new gutters with gutter guards.
The final part of the project was just completed. We installed seven new Matthew's windows. Two were picture windows with aluminum trim around them. Three new Anderson storm doors and to finish it off a new insulated garage door.
