An existing Customer of mine bought a shed kit from Lowe’s. They were going to charge $2500 to build and install it.

We did it for about half of that.
Customer had their own pad poured and had the shed delivered. We took it from there.

When you work with other contractors, you are usually just one of a few trades who will work on that project.
Our goal is start every project off right, from square 1.

We were asked by Olympus Outdoors to frame up this beautiful heavy timber pergola. It’s going to have a paver patio and stone fireplace so we had to make sure everything we did will work for the other trades.

Once the staining is done. We will come back and install the roof panels.

Our latest project.

This deck project was for a customer that has used us on a few other projects, window replacements, siding soffit and facia repairs.

We started with trying to save the old deck, but every deck board we removed revealed a much deeper issue.

Rot and mold, the shrubbery that used to exist had trapped moisture for years.

We added a protective deck tape to the top of all the lumber to help extend the life of the project.

I see so many post looking for the best siding company, or the highest quality deck builder.

I see a lot that are looking for the cheapest, someone who can get there right away.

It’s the classic pick 2.

With Square 1 Carpentry LLC. I won’t ever say I am the fastest and I don’t have openings next week, but I can guarantee my quality is higher than anything else I’ve seen around this area and my prices are fair, I’m not here to rake you over the coals.

I personally install everything, and if your project contains lumber I hand pick every single piece. And I can guarantee that there isn’t another contractor out there doing that for you.

Your home is a huge investment and it shouldn’t be treated any other way.
