Dorman Construction, Inc. is looking to hire a Contracts Administrator.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
As our Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for:
• General administrative duties.
• Maintaining office supplies.
• Balancing multiple tasks at the same time.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of confidential information.
• Quickly respond to requests from coworkers.
• Be aware of coworkers' schedules and preferences.
• Edit documents.
• Answer multi line phone system.
• Complete job setup in Sage 300 CRE.
• Complete contract budget entry in Sage 300 CRE.
• Issue Prime Contracts.
• Review incoming contracts.
• Issue subcontracts from Sage 300 CRE.
• Issue purchase orders from Sage 300 CRE.
• Process change orders from Sage 300 CRE.
• Maintain, review, and enter subcontractor insurance certificates into Sage 300 CRE.
• Managing all aspects of Subcontractor Compliance.
• Main point of contact for Subcontractors when they have questions regarding compliance and billing.
• Preliminary Lien filing using a 3rd party vendor.
• Compile Operations and Maintenance Manuals at the end of projects.
• Assist Project Managers as needed with project related tasks.
Experience:
Construction Contracts Administration is preferred, Notary for the State of Oregon or ability to get your Notary in the first 30 days of employment, SAGE 300CRE experience is a bonus, Microsoft 365.
