We had a client that got bids for repairing this section of ridge cap. The lowest bid before we met them was $1,200. Not knowing this, we gave our estimate for the removal of damaged shingles and remaining nails with installation of brand new ridge cap shingles for $450. The cheapest may not always be the worst, maybe it’s just not price gauging.

Self generate leads and prospect for business. Ask for referrals!
Inspect prospects and leads for storm damage and inform homeowners of potential damages and assist in any process involved in representing them during the claims process. (Inspect, photograph, Sign contract, and attend the adjuster meetings). Ask for referrals!
Go over covered loss with homeowners and have the knowledge in order to inform the homeowners of pricing/costs of the job contracted to complete. ( go over loss sheets with insured and collect the checks and schedule roof) ask for referrals!
Arrive to and maintain communication with homeowner on the installation day(s). Collect any upgrades or out of pocket costs the day of the install. And check for debris and nails. Ask for referrals! And reviews
Collect final payments and inspect the job site one final time. Make sure they are satisfied and again ASK FOR REFERRALS! And reviews...
