Imperial home with its new vinyl board and batten and vinyl cedar shake siding with 8” aluminum wrapped separation boards. The builder in is neighborhood didn’t originally install home wrap so we took care of that as well.

First roof of 2025. SoCo home with its new Owens Corning Duration roof in Slatestone Gray. Had a little bit of wood replacement as well.

SoCo home with its new insurance approved Owens Corning Duration roof in Onyx Black. We painted the garage, replaced all of the gutters/downspouts with black, and installed shutters. Completely changed the look of the home.

Belfontaine Neighbors home with its new Owens Corning Duration roof in the very popular Onlx Black. Installed with drip edge to meet local code, synthetic underlayment, and ridge vent to help with attic temps.

Webster Groves home with its new insurance approved Owens Corning Duration roof in Onyx Black. This was a two layer tear off, underlayment upgraded to synthetic, and new counter flashing installed to the previously leaking chimney. More to come on this project.

108 years old South City home with its new insurance approved Owens Corning Duration roof in Colonial Slate. This roof was quite an undertaking with 3 layers of material, no access for material delivery or dumpster, and a ton of wood replacement. The job is done and the homeowner is very happy with finished product.

A repeat customer entrusted us to tackle most of the exterior work on this new construction build. We installed the roof, soffit/fascia, siding, and gutters. This project is coming along nicely and our job here is now complete.
