This home is still in the middle of its exterior transformation, but the new ๐Ÿ”" ๐’”๐’†๐’‚๐’Ž๐’๐’†๐’”๐’” ๐’ƒ๐’๐’‚๐’„๐’Œ ๐’ˆ๐’–๐’•๐’•๐’†๐’“ is already giving it a cleaner, sharper look. The guys ran it out on-site, got everything fitted up, and helped move this project one step closer to the finished product.

Canโ€™t wait to see this one when the rest of the exterior work is complete, but weโ€™d say the gutters are already doing their part. ๐Ÿ˜

It may be Tuesday, but after a long holiday weekend, it sure feels like a Monday! ๐Ÿ˜…

The Wilken Seamless Guttering crew is back at it on this older home, and this one needs a little extra TLC before the new soffit, fascia, siding and gutters can go up.

Thereโ€™s a lot of old wood that has to come out and be replaced first, which means plenty of sawing, climbing ladders, hauling material and working up on the roof. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ

Itโ€™s not always the part of the job you see when everything is finished, but doing the prep work right is what makes the finished product last.

These guys work hard, and weโ€™re pretty proud of the work they put in every day. ๐Ÿ‘

Just a reminder to be patient when waiting on a contractor. Aside from the fact that yesterday was 102 degrees, making it a little challenging keeping the crews hydrated while avoiding anyone becoming overheated, most local contractors (roofing/siding/gutters, etc.) are still dealing with an incredible amount of storm damage from the last couple of months. It likely will take a longer to get over to provide an estimate for the regular replacement/new construction jobs that come up every day, as we work to repair the exterior of homes from the unexpected recent storms that have caused such extensive damage, that if not repaired, have the potential to cause even more damage for the homes affected, especially if water enters the homes. Paul is out looking at jobs today in the rain but lead time is definitely affected with the huge number of storm-damaged homes needing immediate attention. That being said, feel free to check in to get an idea of where we are, we will absolutely get to everyone waiting for work to be done on their homes. ๐Ÿ™‚
