The salary shown is negotiable... but you had better be ready to prove the value before I come up on the price. I’m looking for a reliable, self motivated, self starter, honest, well spoken. I’m kind of old school. So if you have a resume with references to email to me that doesn’t look like it was done in crayon that would be a plus. Supervisory skill is a plus too. However, if you can provide competent labor even at a new apprentice level I can put you to work. This company has been in business for 2 1/2 years. I’ve had as many as 50 people in my employ in years past and building in that direction again. If you are serious so am I. If you are just looking to put a few bucks in your pocket... keep looking.

We worked Saturday, April 20 and Sunday April 21 to help a couple clients get past the difficult points in their ‘do it yourself’ bathroom project. Install a whirlpool bath and a new vanity w lavatory counter top. Our rate is $65/man hour... even on holiday weekends. 🤠

An impromptu look at a large house that we are turning into a duplex. The income projection is good. There has been plenty of traffic to the door asking when the place will be ready to rent. We will get good tenants in place then sell it. Life is good.

Merry Christmas!

No. This family had a sewer pipe break and contaminate the middle of their home. Then a contractor used up their insurance money leaving the job just started. Then extended family members tried to do some work but only managed to make it worse. I was called in to estimate just making the bathroom functional. Their insurance adjuster at Electric Insurance is a good man and worked with me. The family had been displaced for almost three months. It took Carla and a couple sub contractors 15 days to get them moved back into their newly renovated home.
