Alberici’s GROW Employee Resource Group recently hosted a Lunch & Learn featuring Carla Welch, Financial Coordinator, and Debbie Williams, Accounts Payable Specialist.

Drawing from more than 75 years of combined experience at Alberici, Carla and Debbie shared insights on career growth, relationship-building and lessons learned throughout their careers. The event also provided an opportunity to celebrate Carla’s recent retirement after 40 years with the company.

Alberici recently hosted AMFP Greater St. Louis alongside Mercy and project partners BSA and IMEG to share an inside look at the Emergency Department Expansion at Mercy Hospital South.

The presentation and tour highlighted the planning and collaboration required to expand a busy emergency department while maintaining operations on an active hospital campus.

One year ago, Alberici completed the Patrick J. Ottensmeyer International Railway Bridge, doubling rail capacity at one of North America's busiest freight rail crossings.

Today, the bridge continues to support the safe, efficient movement of goods between the United States and Mexico, strengthening a vital connection across North America.

Recently, members of Alberici’s GROW Employee Resource Group volunteered with Seed St. Louis dedicating their personal time to support community gardens across the region.

From planting and watering to general garden maintenance, employees helped advance SEED St. Louis’ mission of empowering communities to grow their own food and strengthen local neighborhoods.

Our 2026 Intern Orientation brought everyone together at our St. Louis headquarters for a welcome BBQ, project tours, build day activities and a first look at the teams and work they’ll be part of this summer.
