We did this deck over the summer. Removed the existing deck and rebuilt to same size but added a staircase. The railings are Black Westbury with an added drink rail. The composite decking is Deckorators with picture framing and a small walk way. We also added lighting to the post along the staircase.

Here are a few pictures of a covered porch we built. We added four new piers and posts. We attached a new ledger board to the house, put plywood, shingles, added soffit, and 2 new fans. Total size was 16’x25’

This was a monster remodel. We did the demo on everything. Removed the existing kitchen and relocated it. Then turned the old kitchen into a butlers pantry. Removed the old laundry and relocated it behind the garage and made a mud room. The living room we removed the ceiling and vaulted it. Also added a tongue and groove ceiling, which required a new beam. We also added a new 20’ steel I beam to support the second story.
In the back of the house we added the new kitchen, removed some closets and opened up the space. We did all new doors as well as regional the windows from wood stain to black. We also did all the taping and drywall work as well as all of the painting.

This is a small bathroom remodel I did. Removed all tile and bathtub. I replaced it with a new tub and onyx walls with a shower caddy. I also installed a new shower valve.

Here is my latest job I finished up. Demoed and rebuild this massive 2 tier deck with all new piers. We designed and built all of it.

Latest deck done!
Original was unsafe and 12x12.
New deck is 12x40 on upper deck plus lower deck around pool. Installed post lights and under decking to waterproof patio underneath.

Complete basement finish. There were a couple rooms but moved the staircase, so tore everything out and started from scratch. This includes moving laundry, 1 1/2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, storage area, and workout/rec area.
