🌟 August Employee Spotlight: Meet Aricia Kang!

As we close out our celebration of the South Korean team’s 10-year anniversary, we’re proud to recognize EFC Korea’s Branch Manager, Aricia Kang.

When EFC Fasteners Korea Ltd. opened in 2016, Aricia was the branch’s only employee. Since then, she has helped guide EFC Korea through remarkable growth, with sales and the customer base increasing more than tenfold.

Today, Aricia continues to support the team, customers, operations, and vendor relationships that help keep EFC Korea moving forward.

Her leadership, care, and customer focus have played an important role in shaping the branch’s first decade, and we’re grateful for the heart she brings to EFC Korea and .
