Weathers Exteriors

As I’m sure most everyone is aware, we were hit with some pretty good hail storms in the last couple of days. If you’d like a free inspection on your roof to determine if it makes sense to file a claim or not with your insurance company, give WEATHERS EXTERIORS a call for a FREE INSPECTION!

314-535-ROOF (7663)

This is what we have specialized in for over 16 years now. Hail storms are usually directional so that means most roofs have much more hail / wind damage on the south and west slopes, which means some insurance companies will try to approve HALF of your roof.
This is where a company like us really can add value by helping you get the benefit of the doubt from your insurance company to approve the full replacement of your WHOLE roof! In summary, here's what you can expect from us:

- FREE INSPECTION!!
- We will walk you through the whole claims process, if applicable, including meeting the insurance adjuster on your behalf.
• We will NOT recommend filing a claim if your roof is not sufficiently damaged!
- We give each and every client a comprehensive explanation on your out of pocket expense, which in general is just your deductible, the POSSIBILITY of bad wood / decking (AT COST), and any upgrades that do not currently exist on your roof.
• IF YOU DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN ARCHITECTURAL SHINGLE, WE PROVIDE A FREE UPGRADE TO AN ARCHITECTURAL SHINGLE!!
- NO UP FRONT COSTS! We only collect the first payment upon drop of the materials after we help you get your roof approved for a full replacement.

It’s that time of the year again! Time to “Compete for a cause”. We will be putting on the 3rd annual ESA Bar Olympics on Saturday, April 15th this year!
It will be at the same great local bar, Hair of the Dog on Washington Ave. in downtown Stl. Below is the general information and the link to donate, sign up, or just to get more details.
The structure for this year’s games is the same as last year, which allows anyone to play just 1 game or all 6. Any team wanting to win the trophy, and have legit bragging rights, must participate in at least 5 of the 6 games though.
