Today, this landmine sniffing rat, is retiring after 5 years of hard work. During this time, Magawa helped teams clear land equal to 20 football fields. He found 71 landmines and 38 other dangerous bombs. For his bravery and hard work, he was given a gold medal, the first rat ever to get this honor.
