We enjoyed our time with the Derricks and the kitchen turned out wonderfully. Soffit was loaded with plumbing but was no problem for our skiled team of professionals!
-Recessed Lighting
-Updated switches and oulets
-Whole house smoke detectors
-All new Cabinets with new island
-Ganite countertops
-Existing flooring and backsplash remained in place to save $$

Square footage in this bathroom was doubled by using a hall and a bedroom closet. The result is a giant shower, bouble vanity, LOTS of cabinet storage and big tile.
