At this location the old device was tested and passed in December of 25. Seven months later it started to fail, leaking water on the floor. It was replaced with a new device.

A few test from today. Found a cracked shutoff valve and one failed. All necessary repairs will happen. Pictures will follow.

A couple more that passed in Wi******er and Reston.

Customer stated there was water dumping from the back flow and needed it repaired asap. We overnighted repair kit and was on site the next day. The repairs begun and a rock was found inside causing damage to check valve #1. All new parts were installed and the water was restored.
