Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our country. We hope everyone takes a moment to reflect, spend time with loved ones, and appreciate the freedoms we have because of their sacrifice.

Being raised in a firefighter family teaches you early what this job truly means. Sacrifice, loyalty, courage, and love for complete strangers. That’s why losses like this feel so personal. Today we grieve alongside an entire fire service family for a firefighter who gave everything in the line of duty.

We know the pride that comes with wearing the badge, but also the fear and heartbreak that families carry every time the tones go off. Sending our deepest condolences to their loved ones, brothers and sisters on the department, and everyone feeling this heavy loss.

Rest peacefully, your service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
