*Driver's license is a must*

**Experience with small engine service & repairs**
Electrical knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory. We will provide training for this position.

Job expectations:
Ability to read technical manuals, flow charts, schematics, and service bulletins. Ability to contact technical support regarding customer warranties. Ability to fill out paperwork daily and communicate with customers, other technicians, and office personnel.

We’ve had over 40 calls today! Got them ALL up and going on generator power, between resetting their units and providing info over the phone or our techs going out in the mess! Happy to say all of our customers are good.

The roads conditions are getting bad & I’m sending my techs home for now. We will provide phone assistance & in emergency will try our best to get to you. If not we will be back at it in the AM. Stay safe and warm!

Hello everyone, in preparation for the incoming severe winter weather here are a few tips that we recommend:

-If you are using a home standby generator, as snow and ice accumulate, please be sure to clear the side vents to ensure proper ventilation.

-if you are using a portable generator, please DO NOT run the generator in your house.

-Portable generators should be used with drop cords that have 3 prongs (the third prong is a ground and will prevent dangerous electrical mishaps)

-Portable generators should be hooked up to your home electrical panel by LICENSED PROFESSIONAL. Otherwise you may use a drop cord to run your bare essentials.

We want everyone to stay safe during this storm. If you experience any problems with your generator during this time, please give us a call at (859) 209-2065 as we will have our crews out taking care of emergency calls. Please be patient as we know call volumes will be high at times, if we don’t answer immediately please leave a voicemail and someone will reach out as soon as they are able. Thank you and stay safe!

After an extremely long day/night yesterday & a few more hours today, our team has pulled it off!

Big thanks to our team at KEP, the electric company, and the electrical inspector. Emergency repairs have been made after 12 hours of hard work yesterday, & we have fully restored this customers generator and utility power!

Experience with small engine service/troubleshooting and electrical work is a plus, but not mandatory. We will provide training for this position. Must be able to work in strenuous environments (rain/snow) and perform physically demanding tasks (digging, heavy lifting, etc.).

Job expectations:
Ability to read technical manuals, flow charts, schematics, and service bulletins. Ability to contact technical support regarding customer warranties. Ability to fill out paperwork daily and communicate with customers, other technicians, and office personnel. Ability to complete tasks at job sites in a timely manner. Ability to dig, pull wire, and possibly work equipment (trenchers, forklifts, etc).

Paid holidays, PTO, 401k, life insurance, dental, and vision insurance.
