This pond bank went from difficult to maintain to clean, accessible, and much easier to manage. 👇
The cypress knees had become so thick along the pond bank and dam that mowing and maintaining the area had become extremely difficult — and they created an unnecessary tripping concern along the walking area.
We cleaned up both sides of the dam, removing the troublesome growth and opening the bank back up while working around the established trees and pond.
The result:
✅ Easier maintenance
✅ A cleaner, more finished appearance
✅ Better access along the pond bank
✅ Removal of a potential tripping hazard
✅ The pond and surrounding property can be enjoyed again without fighting through the overgrowth
