The boys and equipment are now in West Virginia living their best life!

After much deliberation, I have decided that I can no longer maintain my business. The terrain in the Chattanooga area is too challenging for me (not the goats!), and health challenges have also been a factor. So my boys are for sale, as is the trailer and all the electric fencing. I would love for the boys to go together, but if not, they will go as pairs. All are 5-year-old wethers and all but Auris are Nigerian Dwarfs. Auris is a mini Nubian. Pairs are Auris and Dice, Domino and Peanut, Milo and Otis, and Comet and Cinder. All are very friendly and have never been aggressive.

Because of the heat wave in the Chattanooga area, the goats are going to stay home for about a week so that I can monitor them and make sure they stay cool. They will be back to work when the heat isn't so dangerous!

The goats started their first job in Chattanooga, TN! They were very excited to see all the green stuff to eat, including poison ivy and kudzu. The yards here are a bit steeper than in our area in Virginia, which isn't a problem for the goats, but presents a bit of a challenge for me. But I got it done, and they should take about a week to finish. Then they'll have a job on the next street!

The herd welcomed three new members today! They are so tiny and cute! They will be ready to work by spring, so keep us in mind when you want to clear your woods of underbrush.

The goats have almost finished the area they are working on. So this weekend the fenced area will be enlarged. They're doing a great job!

The goats have moved to a new site! Domino immediately climbed the wood pile. They have lots to eat! They will be looking for more work mid-August, let me know if you're interested!

The goats are on a new project and they've been doing a great job. The first 3 pictures are of the area that they have cleared, and the last 2 are of the area they are starting today.
