🚨 Valley Gutters is Hiring! 🚨
We’re looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our team for outdoor gutter and exterior home improvement work.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable on ladders, and wants to learn a skilled trade.
All positions are 1099 independent contractor positions with above-average pay and a flexible schedule. Most work is performed outdoors during normal daytime hours, typically between 7 AM – 6 PM.
Positions Available
🔹 Apprentice / Part-Time Laborer
Pay: $18/hr
Great for high school students and college students on summer break, or someone wanting to learn the trade.
Must have:
* Valid driver’s license
* Basic knowledge, including how to read a tape measure
* Strong work ethic
* Willingness to learn
* Flexible schedule
No gutter experience required.

🔹 Mid-Level Laborer
Pay: $25/hr
Ideal for someone with construction, gutter, roofing, or similar hands-on experience.
Must have:
* Valid driver’s license
* Flexible schedule
* Ability to pass a background check
* Previous experience in construction, gutters, roofing, or a similar field preferred
* Strong work ethic and reliability
We will consider someone without direct gutter experience if they are motivated, dependable, and serious about learning.

🔹 Project Lead
Pay: $50/hr
This position is for someone with leadership experience who can help run projects from start to finish.
Must have:
* Valid driver’s license
* Flexible schedule
* Ability to pass a background check
* Experience as a team lead, manager, or project lead
* Ability to coordinate schedules for 1–2 workers
* Ability to complete estimates
* Experience installing gutters, replacing soffit/fascia, roofing, or similar exterior work
Drywall and flooring experience is a plus.
