Guess what?
My company doesn’t win a lot of awards and we still do better each month than the month before. No big awards, or big name connections. Why? Because we keep showing up, and supporting our community. When people eventually call us for plumbing, we show up and do our best. We aren’t the BEST plumbing company, the BIGGEST plumbing company, or the plumbing company that has the best sales team. We don’t even have a sales team. We don’t sell plumbing, we fix plumbing. 🪠
The reason we are successful is because we show up for our team, our clients, and the community, we do a good job, and we do it over and over again, year after year. No big awards, or powerful friends. Just us, and you.. our community.
People want to do business with local businesses that they can trust, and showing up when you say you will, doing your best, fixing things when you mess up, being involved with your community, builds trust.
Yes, I have this fb page and that gives me visibility, but again, this group has grown because I, and my team, showed up here almost every day for 7 years. When I show up here, I try to serve this community as well as I know how. Consistency, caring, and a good job, will build the trust you want for your business.
