Art Studio sink 🚰🛠️

*The kid is growing up on me!

*He roughed in water and drain lines for this Pottery studio sink. It was a learning experience for him for sure, not your typical sink rough in.

*He set up the final on his own too, very little help from me 💯👍🏿.

🔥🔥H2O tank swap

*14 year old tank sprang an internal leak, saturating the burner chamber and putting out the pilot. This was never flushed or maintained in 14 years, only reason I can think why is because they have a water softener.

*Bradford White….the best in the game! 👍🏿💯.

DIY spirit……YouTube…..endless supply of sharkbite fittings at hand…..this is the child that’s birthed!!! 😂😂🤣

Customers gave it a go….ultimately caused themselves not to have any water in the home. Listen I’m all for DIY and trying to do things yourself but ya gotta know when to tap out and call in the right resources!! 👍🏿💯

Job Stats:

*With heavy snow/ice accumulations gotta clean off anything discharge fluids or gases from your home.

*The bottom of this discharge line was covered with snow/ice. Water softener regenerated and tried to send water outside but was blocked by the heavy snow.

*Line Froze up solid! Customer heard the pump come on but it never shutoff. Water in the pit was about 6” from overflowing into their finished basement.

*Couldnt get it thawed out the other night when it was 2 degrees,went back the next morning and got it done 👍🏿💯.

Saniflo toilet not working properly due to a mechanical vent being used. You have to free air vent these type of toilets. Ian up on the roof getting it done 🤣🤣.

Ian got these folks at the cow farm some nice, clean smelling water! When we got there the house smelled bad of must and rotten eggs due to the water. We changed out the old pressure tank while we were there too! All is good now 👍🏿💯.

Helped these customers replace a burnt out sump & battery b/u system. These things primary pump motor burned out, causing the backup to work constantly until it gave out too. They recently had 5 trees planted and the landscapers covered the discharge outlet with landscape fabric and a bunch of mulch.

The new pump constantly ran but no water was coming out due to be covered up! Found and uncovered the pipe and new system works great!
