Backyards can be reimagined as a layered extension of the home. In this new layout, the original wooden deck and pool patio have been cleared to introduce expanded outdoor living with seasonal comfort built into the plan. 

• A covered structure takes shape, sheltering a grill, bar and lounge area.
• Pool-level patio is updated with a concrete base, further extending the original footprint.
• Restored stone veneer and steps bring continuity.
• A future wood-burning fireplace will anchor the transitional terrace. 
• Bromic heaters and the optional screening allow for comfort to carry through cooler months.
