Bald-Faced Hornets Are Not a DIY Job!

What a weekend at Gillespie Pest Management!

The groundhogs were digging like they were getting paid by the hole, and the raccoons were out here acting like tiny masked criminals running night shifts. Between chasing critters, setting traps, and answering calls, we stayed BUSY all weekend long.

Pretty sure the raccoons have a group chat warning each other when Gillespie Pest Management pulls into the driveway.

But in the end, the traps won, the customers were happy, and the wildlife eviction notices were successfully delivered! 👊🏽

🏆 2026 Gillespie Pest Management 12U Softball League MVP 🏆

Congratulations to Emery Mowery on being named the 2026 GPM 12U Softball League MVP!

Emery put on an incredible performance, helping lead her team past the Falcons and further into tournament play. Her determination in the circle, leadership, and competitive spirit were on full display last night.

This award recognizes not only her outstanding play, but also her hard work, dedication, sportsmanship, and commitment throughout the entire season. Emery has been a key part of her team’s success and represents everything youth softball should be about.

As this year’s MVP, Emery has earned a $300 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card to help prepare for her transition to middle school athletics.

This season, we are proud to recognize one outstanding 12U Softball player and one outstanding 12U Baseball player as our GPM League MVPs for Berne Township Baseball & Softball Association!
