Plans, Plans, & More Plans- Old school hand drawn landscape plans. Black and white sells just as quickly as color plans. Just ask the client if they want to pay me to color. Color looks great and is actually really fun but I’m in business to fill the calendar not win an art show. Designing to ensure we’re on the same page, get HOA approval, and to give to the guys in the trucks. Functional paperwork.

Formal yet when planted with flowy wispy companion plants they create a whimsical feel. Try something unexpected and be prepared yo enjoy it for seasons!

Water is either moving too fast or not moving at all. Either way, in north Georgia, you’ve got a water problem. It’s causing soil erosion and you’re watching your yard sink or move downhill, you have soggy pits where grass won’t grow and are breeding mosquitoes, or your basement is leaking, driveway/patios are cracking….
