Remember that major soil washout from our last post? Here is the AFTER! 🚨

Sometimes lifting concrete just isn’t enough when massive underground cavities are involved. We removed the old sunken pads, replaced the walkway, and finished it off with clean silicone joints to seal the deal. To prevent this from happening again, new landscaping is coming in to redirect drainage for good! 💧➡️1

Sometimes repair isn’t enough—you have to replace! 🛠️

When soil washouts create large underground cavities, lifting concrete can lead to major warranty issues down the road. On this project, pooling water from between the homes eroded the soil underneath. The fix? Replacing the walkway pads and bringing in landscaping to redirect drainage for good! đź’§
