Sagging or uneven patio? Overtime, nature can take its toll on a patio base. No need to fear though, its a relatively simple fix. Half of this customers paver patio had started sagging which resulted in water pooling issues and trip hazards. We removed the old bricks, brought in new base material, and leveled it to the grade of the other half of the existing patio. We then reused the same bricks (to keep material cost down) and laid them in a Herringbone pattern to match the existing pattern. The result was a patio that looked like new again.

While on a Mulch job in the Summerfield area, we discovered some runoff issues after a night of severe weather. While simple, yet aesthetically pleasing and effective, a dry river bed was quickly constructed to stop the washing away of mulch due to runoff from the driveway and drainage from a gutter pipe.
