Meet some of the faces behind the work 👇

Hey y’all—I’m Tyler Veronee, co-owner of Piedmont Plumbers of Charleston 🔧 a small, local, family owned business.

I’m a second-generation plumber with 17 years of experience, a licensed master plumber, and a licensed septic installer… My dad is my business partner and two of my uncles also own plumbing companies. So it’s safe to say plumbing runs in the family 😄

I grew up in Ridgeville, SC, and graduated from Summerville High School. I’m proud to serve the same kind of hardworking community that raised me. Around here, we believe in Jesus Christ, honest work and dependable service you can count on.

When I’m not at work, I’m spending time with my wife and our three kids—usually somewhere outdoors hunting, fishing or at some type of sporting event.

At the end of the day, this isn’t just a job—it’s about taking care of our neighbors and teaching our children (your future Piedmont owners 😂) that quality work still matters.

Piedmont Plumber’s of Charleston is pleased to announce the expansion of our services. Here’s a brief overview of our recent endeavors:

Good morning low country! Freezing weather 🥶 is coming our way and Piedmont Plumbers of Charleston wanted to remind you of a few things that you can do to protect your plumbing:

1. make sure outdoor plumbing pipes or unheated areas have insulation around them. Don’t forget the drain line for your water heater. This freezing could ruin your water heater(s) and be costly!

2. leave your faucets running with a slight stream (just a bit more than a drip). This is for cold water AND HOT WATER if you have a tankless water heater.

3. if you have more than one water heater, make sure you’re running a faucet for each water heater.

4. disconnect and drain outdoor water hoses

5. know where your main water shut off is located in your home in case of an emergency.

6. if pipes do freeze we, unfortunately, cannot unfreeze them. You can try turning a faucet on and using a hair dryer on the pipes outside to help unfreeze the lines.

7. If you notice any issues once pipes unfreeze please turn off your water and call us immediately

8. PLEASE DONF FORGET YOUR SECONDARY OR UNOCCUPIED HOMES AND POOLS! A busted pipe that goes unnoticed for days or weeks will be a nightmare!

9. Check on your neighbors and lend a helping hand. Especially to the elderly.
