Last week's nightmare. PSA...if some one tells "yes I have done electrical before" please for the love of God check their work! Not everyone knows how to do electrical right. We the professionals don't go to school, work a 8,000 hours (minimum) as an apprentice, and take grueling 8 hour test just to twist wire nuts. Not to mention the yearly Continuing Education classes. We as licensed Electricians are trained to produce the best and safest product possible! If not then everything we worked for is at risk. I know hiring Electricians is expensive but the piece of mind the hiring of a professional should out weigh the possibility of losing all u have by hiring the guy down the street that knows how to do electrical at a near nothing cost.
