Occupational hazard (ok happened three times and 27years!) big bites are not a joke. Please! If you have an aggressive dog and you “put them up” make sure they are secured and not able to get out and attack the inspector. I would really hate to hurt a dog but my protection comes first to me. Luckily I was able to hold him off enough to get into my truck!!!

I’m headed on a bucket list adventure this month. From May 13-24th I will be adventuring in Alaska! I won’t really have access to my phone but will gladly handle anything when I get back!

Have you ventured into your crawl space recently? If you’ve had structural repairs done you might want to check it out. This one looks more like a Jenga game than a proper support.
