PGE ARE CROOOKS!
TRUE UP BILLS, TRUE UP BILLS, TRUE UP BILLS…

These are all true, and Saying it over and over doesn’t make any of them less true
And yeah… a lot of people are finding out the hard way.

“Why didn’t anyone explain this to me right?”

If you’re dealing with one right now, you’re not alone. I talk to people every week who are frustrated, pi**ed off, or just straight up regretting not going solar sooner, or whom they chose to do solar with.

There are alot of variables of reasons it happens:

You didn’t live in the home a full 12 months before going solar so not accurate estimate of your homes usage.
You bought a home that already had solar on it built for the previous owners not you.
New build with the bare minimum system to meet CA requirements
Your usage went up EV, heat, pool, more people, etc.
System was sized wrong
System isn’t working right
More time at home means more power being used
Salesperson flat out lied
PG&E rate increases keep driving bills higher every year
And a few other things too

There’s something that’s been on my mind lately.

Every day I talk to families who are frustrated with their energy bills. It feels like they keep going up, and there’s no real control over it.

The tough part is, there actually is a solution. Not something gimmicky, just a real way to take more control by producing your own power and creating some consistency in what you pay by owning your power instead of renting it perpetually.

So I find myself wondering why more people aren’t at least looking into it.

I know I can’t help everyone, but I can help people who are ready to stop reacting to every rate increase and every nor cal heat wave and start being a little more proactive.

For me, it’s not really about “going solar.” It’s about not being stuck renting your power forever.

Wow… what an honor, a BIG thank you to everyone who took the time to vote us in this year! To even be nominated was humbling, but to actually have enough people show love and vote us in…. man, that’s special!
