Rotted trim if left untreated can lead to much larger issues.
The homeowner is doing the prep and paint but we helped him out with the rot repairs.

We replaced and cut out the bad sections of trim, re-flashed those areas and replaced it with PVC trim.

Water damage repaired! Insulation, sheetrock, new trim installed, walls and ceilings painted. Floors were also refinished. A great finish on this project!

One of my favorite things about remodels is you never know what you're going find when you open up some walls! This is an old window. First painted then at some point someone just sheetrocked over the old plaster wall and the window.

Sunday is usually a day of rest but this family has been living in a half demolitioned home for several months due to water damage. So we are trying as hard as we can to get them back into living conditions.

A recent apartment turn. The transformation of this small apartment really is amazing. Simple and clean ready for the next tenant to call home. This project literally was from floor to ceiling, everything was basically replaced and updated.
