Major Progress on the 16x40 Custom Chicken Coop Build! 🔨🐔

We are making huge strides on this 16x40 custom coop project out in Cortland! All windows are officially installed and fully trimmed out, the first of two main chicken runs is 100% complete and enclosed, and the first nesting box assembly is set in place.

Current Site Progress:

* Wall framing, LP SmartSide siding, and main roof trusses fully installed

* All windows installed and custom-trimmed

* First enclosed chicken run 100% finished

* First exterior-access nesting box unit mounted

Remaining Completion Schedule:

* Hang the remaining 2 chicken run doors, 2 main access doors, and the entryway door

* Lay down the entry area subflooring, install the second nesting box unit, and set up the internal feeder boxes

* Frame out the front porch structure and fasten composite deck boards

* Complete the second covered chicken run enclosure

* Install the metal roofing system across the entire main roof and porch structure
