Hey everyone, it’s been a crazy winter so far, and we’re only about halfway through it. First off, I want to thank everyone for bearing with us and being patient—especially through this past week as we’ve been battling the nonstop snow.

At this point, snowbanks are getting extremely large, and in some areas they’re starting to block visibility, mailboxes, and access points. With no real melt in sight over the next couple of weeks, we’re reaching out to offer snowbank pushback services.

Snowbank pushback includes us coming out with a skid steer to push back snowbanks, improving visibility at the end of driveways and clearing access to mailboxes and other blocked areas as well as making more room for anymore snow that may fall.

We’re also offering snowbank removal, where the snow is hauled off-site, for an additional cost.

Our goal is to put together a list and get everything cleaned up thursday (2/5) before any additional significant snowfall.

As some may know our main plow truck is down due to a mechanical issue. We expect it to be back up and running by Wednesday, in the mean time we are running our backup truck. As such we apologize for any delays (and the extra noise). Any questions please contact me directly (716)534-7423

We had an unexpected breakdown on our main plow trucks plow late last night, we were able to switch to the backup and will be making rounds shortly. Sorry for any delays and thank you for the understanding

❄️ IT’S HERE ❄️

Weather Update:
Snow is expected to continue through 3–4 AM Tuesday. The heaviest snowfall will be this afternoon into the evening (3–10 PM), with approximately 7+ inches expected. Snow will then slow into a steadier rate overnight and throughout Monday, adding another 2–3 inches, with a brief break possible between 9–11 PM. A little more snow is expected Tuesday morning.

The rest of the week shows potential snow showers as well, but it’s too early to say for sure. With the low temperatures, roads will likely remain snow-covered and slick throughout this entire period.

Service Update:
We will be making rounds today, keeping our commercial properties open and tagging driveways as we go.

Current Plan of Action:
• Commercial properties will be serviced on a rotating schedule today and tomorrow to keep them open.
• Residential customers will be serviced in between commercial runs on our normal routes. Expect initial plow-outs tonight with more thorough clean-ups in the morning as snowfall slows.
• Shoveling crews will be out but may experience slight delays due to the cold, as we’re prioritizing crew safety and allowing extra warm-up time between properties.

As always, we appreciate your patience and support — stay safe out there! ❄️

Most second passes have been completed. There’s tons of snow out there, that being said our crew is going to take a short break overnight and will be out full force getting everything fully cleaned up in the morning.

If we haven’t responded to your calls or texts please send us another our phones have been ringing off the hook, we are doing the best we can to catch up!

12/30/2025

We are still pretty backed up due to the amount of snow out here. First passes are just being completed we will be around cleaning back up shortly.

Some early properties have seen an additional 10 inches since this morning.

We haven’t seen snow like this in years please be patient we will be there as fast as possible. We are also receiving multiple calls for service, if we don’t answer please text us.
